The Operations career ladder, AFSC 3E6X1, was surveyed to gather data needed to guide the development and evaluation of training and support planned changes within this career ladder. This survey includes all three components - Active Duty (AD), Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve Component (AFRC).
