Abstract
Publication of extended abstracts as submitted for oral and poster presentation at the 7th International Superconductive Electronics Conference held June 21 - 25, 1999 in Berkeley, CA USA. The book of Extended Abstracts is intended to provide a coherent record of the research presented at the Conference. The papers are not peer-reviewed nor is this book copyrighted, so the papers may be published elsewhere. Some of the papers, or extended versions of them, will be published in a special issue of Superconductor Science and Technology. The results of the workshop discussions will appear on the Conference web site, www.isec99.org, which will be maintained for one month after the Conference.
