Billing of Household Goods Accessorial Charges

Abstract

The audit objectives were to evaluate the process of submitting bills for household goods accessorial charges for payment, and to evaluate procedures used to conduct prepayment reviews of billed accessorial charges. Additionally, we evaluated the adequacy of the management controls related to the audit objectives.
