Tactical Contingency Communications Equipment-Central Area

Abstract

The evaluation objective was to determine the effectiveness of the TCCE-CA in supporting the National Command Authorities, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the commanders in chief of the unified commands. In addition, we determined whether the TCCE-CA resources effectively accomplished the assigned tasks and supported the assigned mission. We also reviewed the management control program as it applies to the other evaluation objectives.
