Transition of Navy Missile Acquisition Programs From Program Management Offices to Support Commands

Abstract

The primary audit objective was to assess whether program management offices were transferring adequate funds and other resources to Military Department materiel commands for missile acquisition programs transitioning from program management offices. We also reviewed implementation of management controls applicable to transition management.
