Undefinitized Contractual Actions

Abstract

The audit objective was to determine DoD compliance with restrictions on undefinitized contractual actions imposed by United States Code, title 10, section 2326. The audit was limited to letter contracts because the Defense Contract Action Data System did not identify other types of undefinitized contractual actions. The audit evaluated management control programs applicable to the audit objective.
