Financial Management at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences

Abstract

The audit objective was to assess management controls and compliance with laws and regulations. Specifically, we reviewed financial accounting procedures and related management controls to determine whether the Defense Finance and Accounting Service Denver Center Operating Location can produce reliable information necessary to prepare the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences' financial statements required by Public Law 101-576, "Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990."
