Defense Information Systems Agency Management of Trouble Tickets for Electronic Commerce/Electronic Data Interchange
Abstract
The audit objective was to examine the effectiveness of the trouble ticket process and to identify problem areas that, if corrected, would result in fewer trouble tickets. We also reviewed the adequacy of the management control program as it applied to the audit objective.
