Procurement Systems Year 2000 End-To-End Tests

Abstract

The overall objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of the planned year 2000 end-to-end tests for procurement systems. Specifically, we reviewed the test plans and the results of selected test events for procurement systems that were designated as mission-critical and non-mission critical by the Military Services and Defense agencies, to determine if the tests were adequately planned and executed, and the results were adequately documented.
