Navy Ship Stores Operations.

Abstract

The audit objective was to evaluate the costs and benefits of converting the operation of all Navy ship stores from appropriated to nonappropriated fund support under the Navy Exchange Service Command as required by the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 1994 and amended by the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 1995.
