Funding for Army Facility Maintenance and Repair Projects in Europe

Abstract

The audit objective was to determine whether funds for the Amelia Earhart facility construction project and other U.S. Army Europe maintenance and repair projects had been made available through improper fund substitutions. The audit also assessed the adequacy of the management control program as it applied to the other audit objective.
