Military Construction Program of the U.S. Special Operations Command

Abstract

The audit objectives were to determine whether the U.S. Special Operations Command properly planned and programmed the FYs 1997 and 1998 proposed military construction projects and whether the decision for military construction was supported with required documentation, including an economic analysis. We also reviewed the management control program as it applied to the other two audit objectives.
