Inventory at Defense Mapping Agency

Abstract

The overall audit objective was to determine whether inventory is properly valued and reported in the financial accounting records. Specific audit objectives were to evaluate the physical inventory controls, valuation, stocking criteria, and reporting. The audit also evaluated management controls germane to the audit objective.
