Quick-Reaction Audit Report on Conditional Acceptance of Medium Tactical Vehicles

Abstract

The overall audit objective was to evaluate the Army efforts to acquire and field medium tactical vehicles. We also evaluated the adequacy of management controls related to critical program management elements for a system in the production and deployment phase of the acquisition cycle.
