OCCUPATIONAL SURVEY REPORT: Airborne Mission Systems

Abstract

The Airborne Mission Systems career ladder was surveyed to provide current job and task data for use in updating career ladder documents and training programs. Survey results are based on responses from 207 members accounting for 58 percent of the total population surveyed. Two jobs were identified in the career ladder structure analysis. The Airborne Mission Technician Job is totally oriented toward technical task performance and accounts for 93 percent of the population. The remaining job focuses on management and training.
