Computer Security Over the Defense Joint Military Pay System

Abstract

The primary objective was to determine whether application and security software controls adequately safeguarded the data integrity of the Defense Joint Military Pay System. Specifically, we determined whether controls were adequate to limit application access to authorized employees and to limit authorized users to the programs, functions, and data required to perform their duties.
