Management and Administration of the United States Military Academy.

Abstract

The Chairman, Senate Subcommittee on Manpower and Personnel,* Committee on Armed Services, requested this audit in response to a provision in the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 1993. That provision directed the Inspector General, DoD, to audit the noninstructional military staff positions at the Service academies. The Chairman, however, desired an overall evaluation of the management and administration of the academies.
