Quick-Reaction Report on Allegations to the Defense Hotline on the Use of Grant Funds for Construction of School Facilities on Fort Irwin, California

Abstract

The overall audit objective was to determine whether the Army properly executed and administered the grant. In addition, we reviewed the management control program at Fort Irwin and the applicable management controls for the administration of grants. This report does not constitute completion of our announced audit objectives. The objectives will be fully reported In an overall report to be issued at a later date.
