Overall, utilization of resources in the MFHC ranged from less than a percent to 80 percent. The utilization of the primary care providers ranged from six percent to 80 percent and the utilization of the remaining support staff in the MFHC ranged from less than a percent to 65 percent. In consultation with the staff of MedModel (Registered), utilization rates of at least 65 to 75 percent are optimum.
