Management and Contracting Practices of the Army Environmental Policy Institute

Abstract

The audit objectives were to evaluate the Army Environmental Policy Institute: 1. management of operations, 2. award and administration of contracts and contract delivery orders, 3. compliance with laws and regulations, 4. implementation of a management control program. Another objective of the audit was to determine the validity of the allegations made in the complaint to the Defense Hotline.
