Administrative Lead Time at DOD Inventory Control Points.

Abstract

The primary audit objective was to determine whether measures were in place to monitor and, when appropriate, to reduce administrative lead time for spare parts contracts. We also evaluated the adequacy of the DoD Components management control programs as they applied to administrative lead time.
