Defense Base Realignment and Closure Budget Data for the Proposed Construction of the Automotive Vehicle Maintenance Facility, Guam

Abstract

The overall audit objective was to determine the accuracy of the Defense base realignment and closure military construction budget data. This report provides the results of the audit of project P-248T, valued at $2.7 million, for the construction of an automotive vehicle maintenance facility by the Navy Public Works Center Guam. This audit also assessed the adequacy of the management control program as it applied to the audit objective.
