Procurement of Systems Acquisition and Support Services Software.

Abstract

The objectives of the audit were to determine whether DIA's contract for software acquisition support was awarded through full and open competition and whether the contract provides the best overall value to the Government. We reviewed DIA's management control program as it applied to the audit objectives.
