Cost Growth in Commercial Activity Contracts

Abstract

The primary audit objective was to determine the extent to which the costs incurred on selected CA contracts exceeded the original negotiated contract price and the reasons for that growth. The audit also evaluated the effectiveness of internal controls applicable to the primary audit objective.
