Staffing Requirements for the Defense Megacenters

Abstract

The announced audit objective was to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operations of the Defense Megacenter St. Louis, Missouri. This report discusses the objective pursued by this segment of the audit--the method selected by DISA Western Hemisphere to determine staffing requirements for the Defense megacenters. We also evaluated internal controls applicable to the DISA WESTHEM methodology for determining estimates of staffing requirements. A subsequent report will discuss the operations of the Defense Megacenter St. Louis, Missouri.
