Abstract

The following is a translation of a report by Pai Juping, Deputy Governor, Shantung, to the fifth session of the Second Shantung Provincial People's Council convened on 14 September 1959. The report appears in Teingtad Jibpao, 19 September 1959. It discusses the economic plan of Shantung Province.
