Administration and Management of the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology

Abstract

The overall objective of the audit was to evaluate the administration and management of AFIP. Specifically, we reviewed the AFIP budget and funding processes, procurement practices and procedures, and AFIP and ARP cooperative enterprises. We also evaluated the adequacy of the management control program as it applied to the objective.
