Defense Military Pay Year 2000 End-To-End Testing

Abstract

The overall audit objective was to evaluate the plans for end-to-end testing of DoD military pay and retirement and annuitant pay. Specifically, we reviewed the Defense Finance and Accounting Service Y2K End-to-End Master Test Plan and the plans for conducting end-to-end testing of military pay and retirement and annuitant pay.
