Installation Restoration Program Action Plan Guidance.

Abstract

Action plans present an integrated, coordinated approach to achieving the installation's environmental restoration goals. The plans define all Installation Restoration Program (IRP) requirements, propose a comprehensive approach to conduct investigations and remedial actions, and identify possible removals and interim remedial actions at an installation. The intended audience for this guidance is the installation Remedial Project Manager, their IRP executing Project Managers, and major Army commands (MACOMs).
