Abstract

This section has been prepared for the purpose of providing information concerning the Army Research, Development, Test and Evaluation program. The descriptive summaries are comprised of R-2 (Army RDT&E Budget Item Justification-- project level) and R-3 (Army RDT&E Cost Analysis) Exhibits which provide narrative information on all RDT&E program elements and projects for the FY 1999, 2000 and 2001 time period.
