Abstract

This audit was performed in response to direction contained in House Report No. 102-95 "Department of Defense Appropriations Bill, 1992," that the Inspector General, DoD, examine the use of DoD federally funded research and development centers (FFRDCs). This report is the third in a series of reports on DoD FFRDCs.
