Procurement of the Target Holding Mechanism, Tank Gunnery, From Combined Arms Training Systems.

Abstract

This report is the second in a series of reports responding to congressional concerns on the procurement for the target holding mechanism, tank gunnery. The target holding mechanism, tank gunnery, procurement and the personnel associated with the procurement were formerly assigned to the Army Armament, Munitions, and Chemical Command. The procurement discussed in this report and the personnel associated with the procurement are now assigned to the Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (the Command).
