National Guard Support to Drug Interdiction.

Abstract

Congress has authorized the National Guard (the Guard) to provide direct support to law enforcement agencies for drug enforcement and interdiction operations. In FY 1993, the Guard spent $171 million on counterdrug missions within the United States and its territories.
