Abstract

On October 8, 1993, the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Defense, received a Hotline complaint alleging that a $10.4 million dollar payment had been improperly paid to a contractor by the Defense Finance and Accounting Service Center at Columbus, Ohio (DFAS-Columbus Center).
