Modeling to Optimize Restoration Tracking and Investments (MORTI)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop and analyze alternative strategies for distributing finds to in major Army commands for environmental restoration projects. The years of analysis were fiscal years 2001 to 2014. Study was limited to US Army environmental restoration projects currently scheduled for Active Component installations and did not include Formerly Used Defense Sites and restoration sites due to BRAC.
