Electromagnetic Effects on System Reliability

Abstract

This document contains the final report of the reliability testing of military and commercial analog and digital devices for evaluation of the short and long term effects of electromagnetic (EM) field exposure. This work is to assist the US Air Force in determining electromagnetic effects on electrical device and system reliability and in determining evaluation models to identify, predict and minimize EM effects on the reliability of devices and systems.
