Supply Support for Mine Warfare Ships.

Abstract

Supply support comprises all management actions, procedures, and techniques used to satisfy spare and repair part requirements of the Navy. Supply support is identified by DoD Instruction 5000.2, "Defense Acquisition Management Policies and Procedures,' as one key element of integrated logistics support and, as such, requires explicit plans and adequate resources to satisfy readiness objectives.
