Direct Health Care Provider Program

Abstract

The objectives of the audit were to determine whether stated requirements for civilian direct health care providers are justified, appropriate means are used to obtain health care providers services, and compensation rates paid to such providers are reasonable and within statutory limitations. We also evaluated the internal controls applicable to direct health care provider contracts.
