This Long Term Monitoring Plan (LTMP) describes the groundwater monitoring and institutional control inspections to be performed at Area of Contamination (AOC) 69W, Devens, Massachusetts. This Plan was developed for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), New England District (NAE), by Harding Lawson Associates (HLA) under Contract No. DACA3 1-94-D-006 Delivery Order No. 001.
