Abstract

1990 COMMAND HISTORY COVERING ACTIVITIES FROM January to December 1990. To support fleet operational readiness through research, development, test, and evaluation on the biomedical and psychological aspects of Navy and Marine Corps personnel health and performance, and to perform such other functions or tasks as may be directed by higher authority. For 1990, the command had two reorganizations as shown below. The Office of the Commanding Officer consists of the Commanding Officer and Executive Officer.
