Abstract

The report contains the text of the Yugoslav law governing safety of navigation on the sea and inland waters; basic legal relations concerning vessels as property; contractual and other relations pertaining to vessels; procedures for ship registration, limitation of water carrier's liability, liquidation of general average losses, and execution and attachment of ships as security.
