Aircraft Fuel Cell Procurements

Abstract

The audit objectives were to determine whether DoD acquisition strategies for aircraft fuel cells resulted in fair and reasonable prices and whether DoD received quality fuel cells for the prices paid. We also determined whether internal controls were in place to ensure that DoD obtained quality fuel cells at a fair price.
