Audit of Club Operations at Heidelberg, Germany

Abstract

Our overall audit objective was to evaluate the renovations and operations at the Heidelberg Officers' and Civilians' Club. The specific objectives were to determine whether renovations were adequately documented and properly funded; whether club operations were effectively managed; and whether the Heidelberg Officers' and Civilians' Club assumed the U.S. Army, Europe Soldiers' Recreation Center, Berchtesgaden, Germany, role as a conference center, contrary to established policy.
