Environmental Consequene Analyses of Major Defense Acquisition Programs

Abstract

The overall audit objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of DoD environmental consequence analyses of major Defense acquisition programs (MDAPs). The audit also assessed compliance with provisions of the NEPA and internal controls related to the objective.
