Advanced Test Facilities

Abstract

The objective of the audit was to review the justifications for developing multiple Military Department comprehensive electronic combat integrated test facilities. We also evaluated applicable internal controls to ensure that adequate Office of the Secretary of Defense and Service oversight were provided.
