Implementation of the Energy Policy Act of 1992

Abstract

Our objectives were to determine if DOD, through its Energy Management and Conservation Program, complied with the provisions of the Federal Energy Management Program and to determine if internal accounting mechanisms were in place to assess the accuracy and reliability of DOD energy consumption and energy cost figures.
