International Cooperative Research and Development

Abstract

The objective of the audit was to evaluate the effectiveness of procedures to implement international cooperative research and development programs to reduce duplication of weapons research and development and enhance the interoperability and standardization of military equipment among North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) member nations and other friendly nations.
