Advanced Microwave Tube Computer Experiments Research

Abstract

As one of the pioneering efforts in object-oriented (OO) scientific programming, XOOPIC has demonstrated conclusively the benefits of the methods. The code extensibility and development costs are lower, and the development more rapid than traditional methods. Similar methods of simplifying development and maintenance are now propagating into industrial and laboratory codes, including MRC's MAGIC and AF Phillips Lab's ICE-PIC.
