Next Generation Cargo Movement System Analysis, Volume 1. Transportation Research

Abstract

This task is the first of two research phases conducted to determine future Air Force transportation requirements with the purpose of identifying potential future research initiatives. This first phase of the effort identified needs and deficiencies documented or stated formally or informally by transportation experts. Analysis of these needs and deficiencies identified trends considered critical to meet future requirements of the Air Force transportation system. The collection and analysis of the deficiencies, needs, and trends is documented in this report.
