Laser Bars of Intersubband Mid-Infrared Semiconductor Lasers

Abstract

This report results from a contract tasking University of Glasgow as follows: The contractor will investigate the operation of a monolithic array of quantum cascade lasers to obtain high power operation (>200mW average power) at high temperature (>77K) and deliver 10 quantum confined laser bar chips.
